  • Order & Rewards Information: Artisan beverages and bakery items selected, drink customizations, pickup notes, order history, and accumulated NŪR loyalty points.
  • Contact & Address Data: Optional phone number and saved delivery or curbside pickup addresses.
  • Device & Push Notification Identifiers: Device tokens required solely to deliver real-time order readiness alerts and store announcements.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly for legitimate cafe operations and service delivery:

  • To prepare, fulfill, and update you on your in-store pickup or dine-in orders.
  • To maintain and calculate your digital NŪR loyalty membership and points.
  • To notify you when your artisan order is freshly prepared and waiting at the counter.
  • To provide responsive customer support and store location guidance.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with trusted infrastructure providers required to operate our mobile application:

  • Google Firebase: Secure cloud authentication and database management for user profiles and orders.
  • Apple Push Notification service (APNs) & Expo: Secure delivery of transactional order notifications.

We do not engage in third-party advertising tracking or cross-app data broker sharing.

4. Account Deletion & Right to be Forgotten

In compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and global privacy standards, you have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the app at any time:

  1. Open the NŪR Coffee House app on your device.
  2. Navigate to the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm deletion. Your account, profile details, saved addresses, order history, and loyalty points will be permanently erased from our servers immediately.

5. Security of Your Data

The security of your personal data is important to us. We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/HTTPS) for all network communications and secure tokenized authentication.
