1. Ordering & Cafe Pickup

NŪR Coffee House provides digital ordering for physical beverages, coffees, teas, and food items prepared at our Fort Wayne cafe location (5129 Illinois Rd suite 111 & 113, Fort Wayne, IN 46804).

• Preparation & Pickup: Orders are freshly crafted upon receipt. Please collect your order promptly at the cafe counter or designated pickup station.
• Payment at Register: Unless prepaid through an authorized digital checkout, orders are settled in person at pickup via Apple Pay contactless tap, credit/debit card, or cash.
• Modifications & Cancellations: Because our artisan beverages are prepared rapidly upon order placement, cancellations or modifications may only be accommodated prior to preparation.

2. NŪR Rewards & Loyalty Points

Members earn 2 Nur Points per $1 spent on qualifying purchases. Points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for eligible menu items as defined within the app. NŪR Coffee House reserves the right to modify loyalty tier rewards with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete contact information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, text, imagery, and menu descriptions appearing within the app and website are the property of NŪR Coffee House and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
